Cancun
is the jewel box of the Caribbean. Opening it, we find emerald vegetation,
turquoise and sapphire seas, coral reefs, golden beaches and silvery
moon. A treasure chest of the Maya civilization, it also enjoys
a deserved reputation as a sports center. The POK-TA-POK
golf Course is indeed a challenge, since in hitting the ball golfers
must avoid both natural obstacles and ancient Maya ruins which dot
the links. At CAESAR PARK CANCUN golfers play amid small
alligators and the jungle, surrounded by the sounds of birds who
listen to each "fore" and respond with their own "call".
Arriving at the 14th hole is an adventure the designers reclaimed
land from the Nichupté Lagoon where peaceful alligators yawn
in pleasure and the skilled golfer must use extreme caution when
hitting the ball. From there on, sand traps and water traps make
reaching the 18th hole nearly as difficult as reaching the moon.
THE
GOLF CLUB was carved out of the jungle in such a way that the ancient
trees and the lagoons are a natural spectacle where flocks of parrots
provide the music and lizards are part of the scenery. With state-of-the-art
installations and modern infrastructure, Cancún Hotels rise
up next to courses where the breeze delights during play on resort
golf courses of constant challenges.
The GOLF CLUB at PUERTO AVENTURAS
is a mature club. Golfers from Miami feel at home. The club adjoins
the Marina, which means that in addition to golf, fishing, sailing
and diving can be enjoyed as well as an elegant social life rich
with cocktail parties and gala dinners.
