Booking Information

Important: To use this process you must have available the Itinerary which was previously sent to you via email.

If you do not have the Itinerary information, please send us an email and we will send you another copy.


Cancellation Policy

AIR TRAVEL - If you have booked air travel through us, the cancellation policy on that portion of your trip is governed by the cancellation and/or ticket change policy of the airlines you are using. Please check with the airlines for details on any changes and or cancellations.

HOTEL - A cancellation charge of one night's lodging shall be assessed for any cancellations within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date at the hotel.

GOLF - Cancellation charges and refunds due to unplayable conditions due to weather are dependent upon the courses to be paid. Any charges shall be determined by the respective course at the time of cancellation.

DEPOSIT - The information presented in the Itinerary and Invoice sent to you via email (also presented in the Credit Card Payment Section of this site) shows the amounts due currently and any amounts which may be due at a later date. All reservations typically require a 50% deposit to be paid concurrent with the booking of your reservation with the balance due no later than 30 days prior to arrival at your destination. Green fee prepayment in full is required at some of our participating courses.

REFUNDS - Once travel has commenced, no refunds will be made on unused hotel nights, transfers, tours or other features included in your package. Refund requests must be made in writing and received by us no later than 30 days after completion of your trip. Expect 6-10 weeks for refunds due to delays experienced with our suppliers.

ENTRY DOCUMENTS FOR MEXICO AND THE U.S. - All passengers travelling to Mexico are required to carry proof of citizenship (passport or certified copy of your birth certificate and a picture I.D.) and a Mexican Tourist Visa (furnished by the airlines or immigration personnel). Mexico strictly regulates the entry of minors into the country. We are not responsible for any cancellation or cancellation charges incurred if you cannot travel due to improper documentation. Information from the official Mexican Tourism page is available as to document requirements and items you can bring into the country.

RESPONSIBILITY - Mazatlan Golf Express, Inc. and/or Cabo Golf Express, Inc. act only in the capacity of agent for the conveyance, hotel accommodations or any other services, and as such, holds itself free of responsibility for delay, loss or accident occasioned by the fault or negligence of any person or company entrusted with such service or from whatever cause. We reserve the right to change any arrangement herein set forth should it be necessary to do so. The right is reserved to accept or decline any persons as members of these tours. All rates herein are subject to change at any time. The terms and conditions set forth in this website shall constitute the sole contract between Mazatlan Golf Express, Inc. and/or Cabo Golf Express, Inc. and the passengers. We assume no responsibility outside the scope of aforementioned policies and payment of deposit indicates acceptance of tour costs, price increases and features included in these tours.
