Company Information

Both companies were formed in 1997 as Colorado corporations, located at 1572 East Nichols Drive, Littleton, Colorado 80122, with the purpose to provide golf packages to travelers to Mexico.

The companies have been authorized by the owners and/or agents of the owners of the accommodations listed in the other pages on this site to present their accommodations in these pages. These authorizations are available for your viewing by clicking on the appropriate item below. The companies have contracted with the golf courses presented herein to purchase tee times on the traveler's behalf. Advance tee times have been made available to the companies by all the courses herein (advance times vary by course).

Principals and Associates

John F. Sterling, Officer and Director was born in Seattle and lived most of his life in Mazatlan. Johnny's forte is marketing. He graduated in Business Administration from Guadalajara Jal ITESO University. Johnny was a golf instructor for the Bob Toski Golf School in 1984 and played on the Mexican PGA tour for two years in the 1980's. He has played on the Mazatlan team for the Sinaloa State Championship. His family was in the hotel business in Mazatlan and Johnny was a hotel director/proprietor for three years. More recently he has been a golf pro at El Cid (84-86), owner of an import/export business (86-90) and a tourist promoter for the Mazatlan area (90-97).

Alan C. Wassenberg, CPA, Officer and Director was born in Marysville, KS and moved to the Denver area in 1971. Alan lives in the Denver area during the summer months and in Mazatlan during the rest of the year. He has been a member of Woodmoor Country Club in Monument, CO since 1981 and a member of El Cid Golf and Country Club since 1996. A four handicap, he has played on the Mazatlan team for the Sinaloa State Championship for the last two years. He graduated from Kansas State University, and for 26 years has worked in public accounting with Arthur Young and for himself. As part of his employment, he has spent 23 of the 26 years working on a contract and employee basis in industry in executive positions.

Linda Miller, associate, resides is Cabo San Lucas full-time and is in the real estate rental and sales business. She, with her husband Ray, manage the Plaza Nautica condominiums shown on these pages. Linda provides the companies with a presence in Cabo.
